Crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for design befitting the flagship line of the G-SHOCK brand, the MR-G FROGMAN stands out with its titanium exterior, boasting a multi-component structure. The watch’s design has a special significance as it features a striking hue reminiscent of the yellow colour used for the very first FROGMAN model, the DW-6300.

CASIO is producing only 700 limited-edition pieces to be made available worldwide. Each set includes not only the MR-G watch itself but also an interchangeable titanium band and a dedicated tool for hassle-free band swapping. This FROGMAN comes with two band options for versatile wear. The first is a vivid yellow fluoro-rubber Dura Soft band, resistant to staining and hydrolysis, providing a comfortable fit on the wrist. The second band is a specially developed, interchangeable pure titanium band with moveable chain-links.

This MR-G FROGMAN dons the vibrant yellow colour that harks back to the original FROGMAN model. The watch’s crown, buttons, and screws are treated with gold IP (ion plating), adding a touch of opulence to the overall design. The titanium screw-lock case back of the MR-G FROGMAN features a press-fit sapphire crystal, ensuring an airtight structure while maintaining the watch’s radio wave reception sensitivity. Gold vapour deposition and engravings of the first-generation FROGMAN diving frog character grace the case back, alongside the inscriptions “G-SHOCK 40TH” and “FROGMAN 30TH,” serving as a fitting tribute to the anniversaries.

Designed with diving in mind, the MR-G FROGMAN boasts an airtight construction and ISO 200-meter water resistance. The watch features a protective structure with fluoro-rubber buffers installed between the bezel and case, ensuring excellent face-guarding functionality. In addition, the crown and buttons are built with protective components to absorb impacts to the module. The airtight screw-lock construction of the crown, complemented by water-resistant fluoro-rubber buffers, keeps the MR-G logo aligned even when the crown is screw-locked.

The watch offers full-analogue display functions that indicate dive times and surface interval times through forward and reverse rotation of the hands in dive mode. Additionally, the tide graph mode displays tide graphs for approximately 3,300 locations worldwide, accompanied by local time. The dial of the MR-G FROGMAN boasts large index marks that glow in the dark, ensuring readability underwater.

Not to mention, the MR-G FROGMAN is equipped with solar-powered timekeeping, Bluetooth connectivity, and radio control, enhancing accuracy and reliability. Its Super Illuminator (high-brightness LED light) ensures readability in low-light conditions. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, treated with an anti-reflective coating, guarantees clear visibility at all times.

The limited-edition MR-G FROGMAN comes in a special decorative box, exuding a profound look, and adorned with a badge commemorating the G-SHOCK and FROGMAN anniversaries. The stainless-steel band mounting tool, featuring a DLC coating and engraved with MR-G and FROGMAN logos, sports a knurled design inspired by a watch crown motif.

The MR-G Frogman Special (MRG-BF1000E-1A9) is priced at S$9,799 and will be available for purchase at selected G-SHOCK stores (MBS, ION, JEWEL, Tampines, VIVO) from 1 August 2023.

Priced at only S$199, this G-Shock watch features the past characters from Master of G models unified into one timepiece. These 18 characters, including the cat from GW-9400 Rangeman, were engraved on the case back of past Master of G watches. Now, you can find all of them in a camouflage design on this watch’s face, band and bezel.

The specially designed band and bezel feature the distinctive traits of each character, making them easy to recognise amid the camouflage. This watch also comes with a special packaging with the same design that will no doubt become a collector’s item in the future.

The Casio G-Universe DW-5600GU-7DR will be available for pre-order at Casio Online Store from tomorrow till July 12 for Casio ID members and will be delivered later this month. It will be available at all G-Shock store from July 15.

Available in three model of different colour ways, these G-Shock watches feature a polarised ink print using multi-angle printing technology with semi-transparent materials. The result is designs that look like digital glitch computer display effects. These images are printed on both cases and bands of the new watches.

So, you can choose from the blue square-face digital DW-5600 (S$199), purple octagonal-bezelled GA-2100 (S$219) and the green analog-digital GA-2200 (S$249) in the Digital Glitch series.

As G-Shock watches, they are all shock resistant and water resistant down to 200m. In addition, they are equipped with stopwatch, countdown timer function and can be set a world time from 48 cities.

The Digital Glitch series will be available in all G-Shock stores and online store at end of this month or in July 2022.

Motorcycle culture is one of the strong identities of Malaysian society. Almost every Malaysian has their own experience with a motorcycle. As such, this special watch takes inspiration of the mental toughness of folks who wake up early to ride their motorcycles to work while enduring heat and rain. The motorcyclist spirit reflects the ethos of G-shock, which is built by toughness.

There is a clean “Against” logo on the watch face, accompanied by a hidden “A” logo backlight. The metal chrome watch face is chosen to resemble the material of motorcycle exhaust pipes,
while the orange outline is inspired by the colour of motorcycle’s signal lights.

There is an engraving of Against Lab’s mascot “A-Man” on the watch’s stainless steel back. Finally, there are custom tire tread graphic and Against Lab’s brand slogan “All Endeavour, No Surrender” printed on the watchband.

Apart from these accents, this watch is still pretty much the iconic DW-9600 G-Shock watch – launched in 1995 – with its triple graphs, 200m water resistance and shock-resistant features.

The Casio G-Shock x Against Lab DW-6900AL22 watch will be available in G-Shock Online Store and G-Shock retail stores next month at price of S$179.

Now, there are five new GA-B2100 “CASIOAK” models coming with Bluetooth connectivity and Casio’s Tough Solar charging system.

With Bluetooth, you can pair the new GA-B2100 model with Casio Watches app for accurate timekeeping. And with Tough Solar charging system, you never have to worry about changing batteries or the watch going flat. The solar charging system converts light from lamps and other light sources to power the watch.

In terms of design, its octagonal bezel is of course retained. So is its dual-layer dial construction of the LCD and inset dial. In addition, the attention to detail is evident in the metallic finish on the inset dial ring for enhanced texture.

The new “CASIOAK” models come in three colours of yellow, green, blue as well as two shades of black. Pricing of these new watches ranges from S$239 to S$249. They will be available at G-Shock Online Store and in all G-Shock stores from the middle of this month.
