Logitech launches G515 gaming keyboard and G309 gaming mouse

Logitech is coming up with good news one after another. Right after announcing its latest next-generation gaming keyboard G515 LIGHTSPEED last week, it has announced the launch of its new G309 LIGHTSPEED gaming mouse this week.

The G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL RGB wireless gaming keyboard has a low-profile of only 22mm high, effectively eliminating the need of a wrist rest. For this to happen, the G515 uses low-profile switches that activate with a minimal distance of only 1.3mm and total distance of 3.2mm. This allows gamers to accelerate the actions per minute.

In addition, it comes with Logitech G’s recently announced KEYCONTROL technology, offering gamers customisation capabilities. Each key can perform up to 15 different actions, allowing gamers to personalize their keyboard via macros, audio cues, lighting effects, and more.

Not to mention, the G515 is built with a layer of sound-dampening foam, pre-lubricated switches, integrated stabilisers, and premium PBT keycaps. It allows for both wired and wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and LIGHTSPEED receiver (2.4GHz). Essentially, all the things a PC gamer can ask for.

To add the icing to the cake, Logitech’s new G309 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming mouse will be the perfect companion to the G515 keyboard. Like the keyboard, the G309 offers three connectivity options – USB-C wired, Bluetooth and wireless LIGHTSPEED receiver (2.4GHz).

The G309 combines Logitech G’s exclusive LIGHTSPEED with Logitech G’s HERO 25K sensor, to deliver exceptional speed of 400 IPS, maximum acceleration of up to 40G and high sensitivity up to 25,600 DPI. In other words, it is super fast when you play games with it. But yet, the Logitech G309 LIGHTSPEED is not heavy or bulky, tipping the scales at only 86 grams (with an alkaline AA battery).

Additionally, the G309 is said to last over 300 hours of continuous gameplay (at 1ms report rate) on just one AA alkaline battery. It is also POWERPLAY compatible, which allows you to power the G309 without an AA battery inside it if you have the Logitech G PowerPlay Wireless Charging System (sold separately).

Furthermore, using LIGHTSPEED wireless allows you to connect two LIGHTSPEED devices to one receiver using the Device Pairing Tool in G HUB. Players can choose to operate G309 LIGHTSPEED with the same receiver as a Logitech gaming keyboard, like the G515.

The Logitech G515 TKL LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming keyboard will be available on 12 July 2024 at S$199 (get it at Shopee and Lazada) with two colour options of black or white. A wired-only version is also available at S$159.

On the other hand, the Logitech G309 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming mouse will be available earlier on 11 July 2024 at S$129 (get it at Shopee and Lazada) with also two colour options of black or white.
