ASUS and 2C2P – a global payments platform – today announced a partnership to give Singapore customers a quick and secure online experience.
Utilising 2C2P’s omni-channel payment solution to the newly-revamped ASUS Store, ASUS is able to offer customers easy payments using cards, PayNow QR and instalment payment plans.
Customers can now browse the latest range of laptops and desktops on the ASUS Store, pay for the product using their preferred payment method, and get the product delivered to their home easily.
Previously, ASUS Singapore sold its products through authorised resellers’ brick-and-mortar stores. With the launch of its new digital store, ASUS has digitalised the shopping experience for its customers to complement existing brick-and-mortar strategy.
Ms Megan Wang, Business Development Manager at ASUS Singapore, said: “The Covid-19 pandemic has led to significant shifts in consumer behaviour and changed the way we shop. Partnering with 2C2P helps ASUS address these fast-evolving trends by creating a seamless omni-channel payments experience to revitalise the customer journey.”
Ms Agnes Chua, Executive Director, Business and Product Development of 2C2P, said: “Our advanced platform seamlessly caters to ASUS’ differing business needs, whether it is securely accepting their customers’ preferred payment methods or making simultaneous payments to its resellers or distributors.”
In addition, 2C2P’s payments solution comes with customised features that help ASUS to automatically reconcile multiple business streams and ensure accurate data reporting.
