Always on the road and in need of a power bank? You might want to check out Belkin BoostCharge Magnetic Wireless Power Bank 5K + Stand Marvel Collection.
As its name implies, it is a wireless power bank with 5,000mAh power capacity that doubles up as a stand for your smartphone, aka Apple iPhone 12 to iPhone 15 series. While it might be a bit thick, it is rather compact and can easily fit into your pant’s pocket.

There is a normal version, but this Marvel Collection version has an embossed Iron Man golden graphics on its exterior for extra brownie points in the looks department. Here, you can also find the metal fold-out kickstand in golden paint with the Belkin logo. Below the kickstand, there is a USB-C input/output port. On one side, you will find a power button with a four-LED battery indicator.
In the interior (or the side you attach it to the iPhone), you find more Marvel graphics. Here, it has a rubberised surface as compared to the smooth plastic surface of the exterior. In Singapore’s weather, this rubberised surface has the potential to become really sticky in the future.

Wireless charging on the go |
To charge your iPhone, simply attach the power bank to your smartphone’s rear and press the power button. You can use your iPhone prop on the table either vertically or horizontally while it gets charged. The magnetic connection is rather secure, as long as you are using a MagSafe case. And as long as you pull out the kickstand completely, there is no danger of your iPhone toppling when you are watching your TikTok videos.
Belkin says the power bank will allows for up to 19 hours of video playback time with an iPhone 14. In my tests, I found the power bank charged my iPhone 15 Pro Max from 85% to full in 32 minutes with the battery indicator still have 3 lights lit up. It should provide at least 60 to 70% more battery life, if you use an iPhone 15 Pro Max.
In addition, the power bank supports pass-through charging. In other words, you can still charge your iPhone wirelessly while the power bank is being charged.
VERDICT: This particular Marvel Collection costs S$109, which is a bit steep. The normal one is cheaper at S$80, which is still more expensive than some of its competitors in the market. But you are getting a sleek Iron Man-clad wireless power bank that is compact and convenient. Plus, it comes with a S$2,500 connected equipment warranty, so you can use your device with it in peace. I think it is well worth the extra bucks.
