The Singapore weather might be scorching hot now, but nothing beats a warm shower in the morning to wake you up for the day. Italian appliance brand Ariston has just launched a new electric storage water heater range with the Slim3 series for you to do just that.
Designed for Singapore’s homes to be positioned on the toilet’s beams, the SLIM3 TOP WI-FI and SLIM3 RS electric storage water heaters are said to combine cutting-edge energy-saving technologies with elegant Italian design and craftsmanship.
Both models are designed by famed Italian designer Umberto Palermo. Either one will be an eye-catcher in your bathroom with its sleek profile and minimalistic aesthetics, and definitely a conversation topic when guests visit your home.
To further impress your guests, you can voice activate the SLIM3 TOP WI-FI if it is connected to your smart home network via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. This smart home feature is achieved through the Ariston NET app via Wi-Fi. This app can also help users monitor energy consumption with up to 25 per cent savings. Users will be able to get prompt assistance with error codes and descriptions as well as a real-time notification when there is a system failure.
Both SLIM3 models also feature precision thermostats (touchscreen for TOP WI-FI, knob for RS3) that precise and reliable temperature adjustment. Both also comes with Titanshield technology (enamelled titanium and enhanced Mg anode) for best tank protection as well as AG+ technology that inhibits bacteria proliferation.
Apart from looks, the main difference with the top-end SLIM3 TOP WI-FI model and SLIM3 RS is that the former uses the more durable titanium heating elements while the latter uses copper heating elements. The SLIM3 RS also lacks the Wi-Fi feature.
Additionally, the SLIM3 TOP WI-FI features an Auto Diagnosis function that continually checks all product parameters, ensuring correct and safe operation at all times. It also comes with an auto power-off energy-saving function that automatically shuts down after a designated time of inactivity using the Ariston NET app.
The Ariston SLIM3 TOP WI-FI is available in two capacities of 20L (S$479) and 30L (S$549), while the Ariston SLIM3 RS is priced lower at S$369 for the 20L version and S$429 for the 30L version. Both SLIM3 models are now available at all authorised dealers.
